Refund policy
We want you to be absolutely happy with your Mitochondria Gang products! That's why refunds are offered to customers that receive damaged or misprinted items. Please contact us at mitochondriagangstore@gmail.com within 48 hours after receiving your order with two different photos of damaged items, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
When you place an order, the product is made specifically for you, that is why we can not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on orders which have already been produced.
At this time, we do not offer returns and exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
We do not offer refunds for shipping delays or or for orders marked "delivered", "undeliverable", "no access", "absent", "failed delivery" "unclaimed" or "refused" by the shipping carrier.
For the time being, we do not offer a second reshipment (i.e. your order was returned to us once and reshipped to you a first time, and was sent back to us a second time).
